Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were large and comfortable, and I even got a bottle of wine in my suite. The food was amazing but noise was a bit of an issue until almost 2 am. The service was fantastic, from the attentive clerks to the cleaning staff. The location was perfect, right on the water in Jack London Square with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The dining experience was a bit overpriced and not great, but there were other options available. Overall, a great value for the money!
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved. The service was friendly, although some issues were encountered. The location was convenient, but the view from my room was disappointing. The dining options were ordinary, with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and bright, but there were issues with the cold night due to the thick sliding glass doors. The need for a remodel was evident, and I felt I was charged the same overpriced rate despite being given an inferior room to what I had booked.
The hotel had a charming nautical theme in the rooms, though they were smaller than expected but suitable for a one-night stay. The service was welcoming and helpful, but one staff member's rude behavior was a drawback. The location was industrial but convenient, with decent dining options within walking distance. The lack of dining availability at all times was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers good value for being next to transportation hubs but comes with some service issues.
